Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our team. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 Junior Accountants, collaborating with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager, and ensuring accuracy in financial processes and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and verify the work of Junior Accountants, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Manager and Senior Manager to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Prepare and assist in filing returns for taxes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and other management reports.
• Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and discrepancies.
• Provide guidance and training to Junior Accountants, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3-6 years in accounting, with a focus on team leadership and financial reporting.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in taxation, auditing, and financial compliance.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
