Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain computer systems and support if any system goes down.
• Responsible for PCs, Laptops, Printers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).
• Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.
• Assist with onboarding of new users.
• Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.
• Input problems and resolutions into daily report and submit to PRINCIPAL.
• Ensure user satisfaction through continuous status information.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
