Sales Manager/Sales Executive - Real Estate - Farm Lands

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and actively follow up on potential customers for farmland and open plot sales.
  
• Conduct site visits and explain project details to prospective clients.
  
• Maintain strong product knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming farm land projects.
  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management.
  
• Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to convert leads into sales.
  
• Prepare sales reports, client feedback, and market analysis to assist in business strategy.
  
• Participate in property expos, events, and field activities as needed.
  
• Stay updated on competitors' offerings and market trends in farmland and open plots.

• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English preferred
  
• Knowledge of agricultural land, DTCP layouts, or eco-friendly projects is a plus
  

Experience & Qualification:

• For Sales Executives: 1-3 years of real estate or direct sales experience
  
• For Sales Managers: 3-6 years of experience with team handling preferred
  
• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA/Marketing is a plus
