1- Role & responsibilities


Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and implement a nationwide sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work with the marketing team on digital & traditional marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor trends.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team across multiple regions.
  • Set sales targets and ensure achievement through proper planning & execution.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Product Knowledge & Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of aquaculture products, fish feed, water treatment solutions, or related sectors.
  • Work closely with R&D and product development teams to align sales efforts.

Preferred candidate profile


Key Requirements:

Experience: 10-15 years in sales & marketing, preferably in the Aqua-based industry.
Industry Expertise: Aquaculture, Fisheries, Seafood, Water Treatment, or related sectors.
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or relevant fields is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong experience in managing large teams across multiple locations.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and implement growth strategies.
Willingness to Travel: Extensive travel across India as required.
