Job Title: Sales & Business Head for Premium Senior Living Communities
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Travel: Frequent travel to Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Kerala, Hyderabad and if any new in future
Industry: Real Estate Senior Living Villas & Apartments
Experience: 12+ years in Sales & Business Development, preferably in premium real estate or senior living segment

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Head to lead and expand our premium senior living real estate offerings. This leadership role will be responsible for driving sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, leading regional teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across multiple projects in South India.

Key Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across senior living projects.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to fine-tune strategies.
  • Drive project-specific launch and pre-launch sales campaigns.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Executives across various locations.

  • Set performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, CRM, and post-sales teams for seamless customer experience.

Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, channel partnerships, and institutional tie-ups.

  • Build strategic relationships with influencers, NRIs, retirement planners, and eldercare networks.
  • Act as the face of the organization at industry events and senior living expos.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), NRIs, and senior citizens and their families to understand their lifestyle preferences and buying behavior.

  • Represent the brand with empathy and professionalism, promoting the value proposition of premium senior living.

Project Oversight & Travel:
Regular visits to project sites in Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hosur, Kerala, and Hyderabad for team reviews, client meetings, and sales events.

  • Collaborate with project, design, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with product offerings.


Core Competencies:
Proven experience (minimum 12 to 20 years) in sales leadership roles in real estate, preferably with exposure to senior living, premium housing, or lifestyle projects.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of South Indian real estate markets.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
