Job description
Quazma Techno Solution is looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM).
Experience: 2+ years
Position: Senior Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Candidate should have Overseas IT sales experience; it's mandatory.
Design and implement sales strategy and plan for net new business acquisition by prospecting, converting, and onboarding new customers.
Accountable for net new business revenue targets and ensuring the entire team meets their targets as individuals and as a team.
Build, lead, and manage a team of A+ remote Sales Consultants and SDRs; motivate individuals and teams to exceed goals through coaching, training, and mentoring.
Proactively identify, recruit, and hire top talent to build a team of top performers.
Create a fun, high-energy work environment; oversee and monitor the effective use of our CRM tools and processes.
Effectively report on team and individual performance, metrics, and KPIs.
Understand and leverage data; possess a strong bias towards execution at speed and strong collaboration skills to work with different teams to achieve desired results.
Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategies.
4-8 years of hands-on experience in International Sales (preferably in the US market).
Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams; experience closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
Strong experience and expertise in Software Sales, Staff Augmentation, or IT Staffing.
Experience being adaptable while working in a high-growth, fast-paced, or start-up environment.
A high degree of ownership, perseverance, and a go-getter attitude; willing and open for international travel as required.
Excellent verbal and written skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
