Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual, electrical and functional inspections and tests of solar panels, modules and other components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results, including non-conformance reports and ensure proper documentation of quality control procedures.
• Execute various tests, including but not limited to, power output tests, voltage tests, and environmental stress tests, to evaluate product performance and identify potential issues.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from inspections and tests to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified defects or non-conformance issues, working collaboratively with production and engineering team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies related to quality control.
• Assist in training production personnel on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate the quality of incoming materials and components from suppliers, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Participate in internal and external quality audits, providing documentation and support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a related field, preferably in the solar industry.
• Knowledge of solar panel manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and industry standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing quality control systems.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment, data analysis software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
