Anutech Solutions is looking for a Q.C. Manual Professional to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Responsibilities:

1. Test Planning and Documentation: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on software requirements and specifications. Create detailed documentation of test procedures and results.
2. Manual Testing Execution: Execute test cases manually to identify bugs, defects, or inconsistencies in software functionality, user interface, and performance. Record and report defects using issue-tracking systems.
3. Regression Testing and Validation: Conduct regression testing to ensure that previously identified defects have been resolved and that new changes do not introduce new issues. Validate fixes and enhancements after development iterations.
4. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with development teams to communicate identified issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution. Work closely with product managers or stakeholders to align testing with business requirements.
5. Quality Assurance and Improvement: Contribute to improving testing processes, methodologies, and strategies. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality and reliability of software products.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proficiency in manual testing techniques, methodologies, and tools.
3. Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing phases.
4. Experience in creating test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.) and using bug-tracking tools.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and the ability to work methodically and systematically.
7. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
