5+ years of Network Engineering experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands-on experience with Routers and Switches.
2. Configuring Routers, Inter VLAN routing, and Router networks by TCP/IP.
3. Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration.
4. Network IP address Management and allocation based on Tools or Offline database.
5. Run the System Health-check procedures & provide inputs to Engineering teams.
6. WAN Access technology configuration and troubleshooting.
7. Demonstrate good judgment in resolving Network related issues/queries within the SLAs & identify any expected issues proactively and propose solutions as required.
8. Configuring and deploying new devices/Network Management Tools based on the requirements.
9. Generate & track reports, and proactively address network capacity issues based on business forecasts.
10. Provide inputs to Engineering team for root cause analysis and record solutions in the knowledge base.
11. Preferred to have good experience in leading/managing Network Management teams.
12. Experience in adapting new services/products & demonstrate good understanding & expertise in its competence.
13. Installation & support of software.
