Responsibilities:

• Buyer & Order Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between international buyers and the company.
  • Understand buyer requirements, negotiate order terms, and confirm purchase orders.
  • Prepare cost sheets, quotations, and product presentations for buyers.
  • Ensure effective communication between buyers and internal teams (design, production, and quality control).
• Product Development & Sampling:
  • Work closely with designers and product development teams to create samples as per buyer specifications.
  • Coordinate sample approvals, modifications, and final confirmations from buyers.
  • Monitor new trends, fabric selections, and market demands to suggest innovative designs.
• Production Coordination:
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders within deadlines.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure adherence to buyer requirements and quality standards.
  • Identify and resolve potential production bottlenecks to avoid delays.
• Vendor & Supplier Management:
  • Source fabrics, trims, and accessories from domestic and international suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, lead times, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Costing & Pricing Strategy:
  • Prepare and evaluate cost sheets for new and existing products.
  • Optimize costs by negotiating with suppliers and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Work with the finance team to analyze profitability and pricing strategies.
• Market Research & Business Development:
  • Analyze fashion trends, market demand, and competitor activities to suggest new product opportunities.
  • Identify potential new buyers and business expansion opportunities.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance exports.
• Logistics & Shipment Coordination:
  • Liaise with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Manage export documentation, invoicing, and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Track shipments and update buyers on order status.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
  • Ensure that all garments meet buyer-specified quality and compliance standards.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to inspect products before shipment.
