Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Functional Consultant

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / All India Cities

Responsibilities:

The Finance Cloud Functional Specialist is responsible for requirement gathering, configurations, CRPs, end-user training, and liaison in cloud implementation and support projects. ERP finance module functional expertise and client interfacing skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:

1. Drive requirement gathering, Fit-Gap, Solution Design, Build, CRP, SIT, UAT, Cutover/Go-Live, and post-production support.
2. Expert level knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Application Financials - General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Expenses, Cash Management, and Tax.
3. Detailed business process knowledge across the Finance domain including Accounting, Procure to Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Cash Reconciliation.
4. Ability to understand the business requirement and functional specification documents.
5. Good accounting knowledge including Sub Ledgers, Closures, Consolidation, Budgeting, Costing, Management Reporting, IFRS, etc.
6. Should have been involved in design sessions and requirements gathering as part of the implementation.
7. Capture customer business requirements and translate them into solutions that fit within the customer's business environment and objectives.
8. Conduct POCs, map client requirements to base product functionality, effort estimation, etc.
9. Accountable for the review and delivery of functional design documents, technical designs, and configuration workbooks.
10. Must have knowledge of documentation including BRD, MD50, BR100, Test cases, etc., using OUM or any other methodology.
11. Experience in implementing multi-org/country solutions.
12. Expertise in supporting testing, defects analysis, and defect fixes.
13. Good communication skills and should be capable of directly interacting with clients.
14. Basic knowledge of SQL, BI/OTBI Reporting tools.

Must have knowledge on Finance Data Conversions.
