Job Roles and Responsibilities

Process Management:

1. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Monitor and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency.

Coordination and Communication:

1. Act as a bridge between different departments.
2. Coordinate with vendors, clients, or third-party service providers.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Prepare reports on productivity, inventory, or customer feedback.

Resource Management:

1. Allocate human and material resources optimally.
2. Ensure availability and proper utilization of tools, equipment, or software.

Problem Solving:

1. Address operational issues or bottlenecks swiftly.
2. Propose improvements or solutions for ongoing problems.

Support Strategic Initiatives:

1. Assist in the implementation of new systems or processes.
2. Contribute insights to help shape business strategy and growth.

Skills Required

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Must be able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
6. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
7. Pressure handling skills.

Qualification

- UG or PG Graduate
