Job Title: Officer Aviation Security (AEP & Security Program Management)

About the Role:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Officer Aviation Security to manage the issuance and compliance of Airport Entry Permits (AEPs) and ensure the implementation of security programs for employees at BASLs upcoming lounge in Bhubaneswar Airport. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of aviation security protocols, regulatory compliance, and coordination with airport authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end processing and issuance of Airport Entry Permits (AEPs) for all employees, contractors, and vendors associated with the lounge.
• Maintain updated records of AEP holders and ensure timely renewals and cancellations in line with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with BCAS, airport authorities, and security agencies for compliance with airport security protocols.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the Security Program for employees in accordance with BCAS regulations, company policies, and airport guidelines.
• Conduct security awareness programs, training sessions, and briefings for employees.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory audits, inspections, and maintain documentation required for security-related operations.
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure adherence to security procedures.
• Investigate any security breaches or violations, take corrective actions, and report to the relevant authorities.
• Act as a liaison between BASL and the CISF / airport security team for operational coordination.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive security information responsibly.
• Support in emergency response planning and ensure employees are trained on relevant security procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in aviation security, preferably In airport services, or airline security.
• Prior experience in AEP management and handling security compliance is mandatory.
• Familiarity with BCAS regulations, DGCA guidelines, and airport security protocols.
• Good coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and security software systems.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
