Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Software Sales Manager to promote and sell our software products and services. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record in software sales, capable of driving revenue growth and building strong partner network and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.
  2. Appoint, mentor, and motivate strategic partner’s representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  3. Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies, promotional materials, and campaigns.
  5. Analyse sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer training to the partner’s representatives to enhance their skills and productivity.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 6 years in software sales, with demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly.
