We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Business Analyst Responsibilities:

1. Understand and develop a big picture view of various analytics platforms spread across the organization and service towers with a view to integrate them to a single platform.
2. Conduct requirement gathering workshops with several stakeholders and owners of analytics platforms, gather critical information from meetings and produce useful insights and reports.
3. Gather user management and access requirements, role-based access control, identity provider integration and single-sign on requirements catering to diverse customer scenarios.
4. Gather customer experience requirements and drive a unified experience strategy.
5. Identify and document sensitive data and drive data security and privacy implementations.
6. Influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
7. Translate business requirements into well-defined features and user stories in Agile tools with clear Acceptance Criteria. Perform user acceptance testing.
8. Manage competing resources and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
9. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
10. Create and maintain detailed reports, documentation, and procedures.
11. Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
12. Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
13. Help manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
