No Broker: Relationship Manager

NoBroker is a disruptive real-estate platform that makes it possible to buy/sell/rent a house without paying any brokerage.

NoBroker was started because all of us believed that paying hefty brokerage cannot be the only option to find a new home. As tenants, we have been paying these brokerages year on year without seeing any advantage of the broker. The only reason he existed was that there was a huge information asymmetry in the market. NoBroker is a platform that removes this information asymmetry and provides a marketplace for free exchange of this information that used to cost 1-2 months of rent as brokerage.

Tasks

1. Act as relationship manager for the Paid customers of NoBroker.
2. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
3. Identify and assess customers’ needs.
4. Service customer in finding the right tenant/house as per the requirement of customer.
5. Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
6. Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.
7. Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.
8. Keep customer up-to-date on the progress of his account.
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
10. Go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

1. Education: Any education (10th, 12th, Diploma, with 0-3 years of experience).
2. Excellent verbal and written communication.
3. Good interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability.
4. Decision-making skills.
5. Languages required: English & Hindi, Kannada/Tamil/Marathi/Telugu.
6. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
7. Should be flexible for day shift (9-hour login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
8. Comfortable with working 6 days a week; the week off will be on a weekday.
