Job Title: Neurovascular Surgeon Sales Representative


Location: Mumbai


Position Type: Full-Time.


Job Summary:

The Neurovascular Surgeon Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling neurovascular surgical products and devices to healthcare professionals, with a focus on neurovascular surgeons. This role requires a deep understanding of neurovascular procedures, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:
  2. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within hospitals, surgical centers, and clinics.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with neurovascular surgeons, department heads, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Present and demonstrate the benefits and features of neurovascular surgical products effectively.
  5. Product Expertise:
  6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the neurovascular product line, including indications, contraindications, and procedural techniques.
  7. Provide detailed product education and training to surgeons and surgical teams.
  8. Customer Support:
  9. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support and follow-up.
  11. Market Analysis:
  12. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  13. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market needs.
  14. Sales Reporting:
  15. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  16. Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  17. Compliance:
  18. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding product sales and healthcare compliance.

Qualifications:

  1. Any degree or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  2. Proven sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably in neurovascular or surgical products.
  3. Strong knowledge of neurovascular anatomy, surgical procedures, and related technologies.
  4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Attributes:

  1. Existing relationships with neurovascular surgeons and healthcare providers.
