Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work in-house as part of an organization's IT team, collaborating closely with Technical Specialists and IT Managers.
2. Design and implement new network solutions and/or improve the efficiency of current networks.
3. Report network status to key stakeholders.
4. Own complex customer issues that may take several days or weeks to resolve, ensuring customers are updated throughout the process.
5. Take initiative to advise on potential pitfalls that a customer may encounter and suggest alternatives.
