The school will follow the English National Curriculum and IGCSEs with students progressing to the IB Diploma Programme, offering unparalleled excellence in sports, music, and the arts.

PURPOSE & SCOPE OF JOB:

Responsibility for managing the School’s IT systems & Infrastructure.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

1. Maintaining the complete IT infrastructure of the school, which shall include:
2. Servers (onsite/cloud),
3. Network,
4. Firewall, Internet – Wi-Fi APs,
5. CCTV,
6. Laptops/AIOs,
7. Projectors,
8. Smartboards,
9. Auditorium LED,
10. Audio video system for meeting room.
11. Assist in the Installation of software.
12. Manage user accounts and email ID creation.
13. Assist in Network Printer management.
14. Manage the EPBX IP telephony.
15. Provide support for iSAMS, Library system, and other software.
16. Ensure regular backups.
17. Provide frontline support to all users: staff, faculty, and students.

Requirements

1. The candidate must be certified in Office 365 and SharePoint.
2. Certified in Windows Server 2019/2022.
3. Certified in D-Link or Cisco – CCNP.
4. Certified in Palo Alto firewalls.
5. Experience in working on EPBX, Sound systems, AD Domain, DHCP services, Microsoft Intune.
6. Degree in IT or related discipline.
