Scope of Work:
03 Manufacturing Plants, 01 Trading Division, Company Distributors

Minimum Qualifications:
BCA/B.Sc. IT/B.Tech in IT from a Govt recognised university is a must.
3 - 5 years of experience in any FMCG company.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
2. Knowledge of ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365.
3. Working exposure in firewall.
4. Working exposure in networking, server handling, policies, etc.
5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
6. Ability to analyze and solve problems.
7. Understanding of IT control environment.
8. Ability to motivate others and promote teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Direct responsibility in diagnosing hardware and software faults and solving technical problems in a timely manner.
2. Providing IT technical support and network optimization & troubleshooting.
3. Responsibility in managing antivirus & installation of software applications.
4. Managing user and bandwidth in firewall.
5. ERP support at first level for all modules.
6. Logging ISP / Nebero / Quick Heal service requests.
7. IT assets tracking & management.
8. CCTV network optimization, troubleshooting & management.
9. Honeywell access control system optimization, troubleshooting & management.
10. Other IT projects setups (Track & Trace, Preform Plant, Real Time Production Entry system).
11. NAS backup & maintenance (IT & CCTV).
12. Intercom exchange network optimization, troubleshooting & management.
