Job Accountabilities:

• Responsible for meeting company’s objectives of achieving the production targets safely by ensuring availability of STP systems, piping systems, topside and hullside static equipment and suggesting modifications if necessary to enhance equipment availability in terms of safety, reliability, and operability.
• Ensures adherence to Preventive Maintenance and Inspection schedule of all static equipment and STP systems using SAP.
• Reviews spare parts inventory levels, initiates ordering process, and arranges necessary vendor services for proper maintenance execution.
• Works closely with OEM and site staff for engineering clarifications, requests for deviations, unexpected technical issues, and expedites solution implementation.
• Reviews inspection records, operating parameters, log sheets, DCS trends, discusses with operations team, and refers to history for any specific issues of STP, piping, and all static equipment at topside and hull side.
• Identifies, tracks, and closes out findings made during regular inspection and records them for future improvements.
• Plans and organizes training for RIL and contractor staff to improve maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of STP and static equipment (both topside and hull side).
• Supports and coordinates asset integrity related assurance activities.
• Plans for materials, manpower, and services for unit shutdown and major shutdown one year in advance.
• Ensures the upkeep of spares, tools, and services for 24-hour readiness of STP disconnection and reconnection of the buoy and swivel to handle bad weather or abandonment situations.
• Ensures availability of rotary equipment to plant operations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of static equipment maintenance and inspection, international codes and standards, best practices, SAP PM & MM module, Meridium, Marine systems, OISD, API, and class requirements.
• Awareness of Turret Production system will be an advantage.
• Communication skills, team management, time management, presentation skills, and decision-making.

Education Required:
BE/B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience Required:
10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Fertilizers, or Petrochemicals.
