We are looking for a highly motivated person for our desktop and system support role.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. OS installation of Windows XP, 7, 8.1 & 10
2. MS Office 2003 to 2016 Installation
3. Outlook Configuration
4. Basic Networking
5. Printer & scanner problem diagnostics
6. Server & system hardware diagnostic tests
7. Basic level of Adobe Reader, Acrobat & AutoCAD
8. Battery inverter & CCTV Configuration
9. Switch & Router basics
10. Biometric Devices

Qualifications and Skills

1. Minimum 1 month to 4 years experience in Desktop & Network Support
2. Open to Diploma or +2, B.E or any degree candidates
3. Candidate should have a problem-solving attitude
4. Ability to offer L1 level desktop support
