Location: Pune (Hybrid Mode)

Skills: Workday Finance (All Modules), Workday HCM (All Modules), Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive

Workday Certification: Mandatory

Experience: 2 to 14 Years

Qualification: BE/ B.Tech / M Tech/ MBA/ MCA from an accredited college/university.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in the design, implementation, and support of the Workday Finance, Workday HCM, Workday Integration, Workday reporting or Workday Adaptive.
• You will use your consulting skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate Workday into the clients’ business environment to achieve expected business results.
• Design and deliver future-ready Workday solutions to help organizations optimize their HR and Finance functions and enhance their employees’ experiences.
• Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
• Provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with Partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday for multiple clients across geographies.
• Experience in managing End to End Workday Implementation.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder and team management skills.
