Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a business liaison handling phone and email support requests, a front-line advocate for the resolution of application issues.
2. Responsible for daily operations support for Nice call recording solution and NTR.
3. Follow the end to end project life cycle to deliver new requirements/projects.
4. Close audit points & findings/vulnerabilities within stipulated timelines.
5. Manage the PMO process for PO release.
6. Track and maintain the AMC of all components of infra/applications/licenses and the present & back dated documentation.
7. Get the underlying end to end infra deployed for projects and manage the whole process (CAVA, Risk assessment, IRM sign off, etc.) till production movement.
8. Initiate and complete the end to end vendor onboarding process as per bank norms (MSA/SOW/Addendum/software license agreement, etc.).
9. Keep track of End of Life/End of Sale products like hardware/software/licenses and come up with a plan of action to mitigate associated risks within the support expiry time period.
10. Vendor coordination and follow-ups for RCA/requirement fulfillments/CAVA till closure.
11. Manage the onsite support team resources as per the requirements of BAU and project implementation.
12. Coordinate with support teams for the reconciliation of access roles across all governed applications and infra.
