Job Description / Responsibilities

1. Insurance Sales Goal Achievement:
   1. Recruit and build a team of agents.
   2. Train and develop agents on a commission basis.
2. Supervision Performance:
   1. Oversee the activity plans of all agents to ensure targets are met.
   2. Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) with agents.
   3. Update the Sales Management System with agent performance data.
3. Motivation Career Progression:
   1. Promote and encourage agents to join career progression programs.
4. CRM Portal Usage:
   1. Promote the use of Agent Portal CRM for customer management.
   2. Drive cross-selling of various insurance products.

Candidate Profile

1. Education: Minimum graduate in any stream.
2. Experience: 2-10 years in sales.
3. Skills Competencies:
   1. Strong people management skills.
   2. Entrepreneurial and commercially focused.
   3. Results-driven with high confidence levels.
   4. Maturity and excellent communication skills.
   5. Stable career history with a proven track record.
   6. Well-networked in the local market.
