Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership:
   Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of admission counselors to achieve their goals. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and coaching to drive team success.
2. Guide and Support:
   Offer personalized guidance to prospective M.Tech students interested in VLSI. Be their go-to person for all questions and provide tailored solutions.
3. Admissions Process Management:
   Oversee and streamline the M.Tech VLSI admissions process to ensure high conversion rates. Provide timely assistance and ensure smooth handling of student queries.
4. Application Process Assistance:
   Support your team in helping students with application materials, offering valuable feedback, and keeping them on track.
5. Informative Sessions & Webinars:
   Lead and oversee engaging sessions, presentations, and webinars to provide insights into the M.Tech VLSI program.
6. Database Management:
   Ensure accurate tracking and management of prospective students through the admissions pipeline. Maintain a detailed database of student progress and provide updates to leadership.
7. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
   Monitor team performance, provide actionable insights to management, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and outcomes.
8. Cross-Department Collaboration:
   Work alongside other department heads to align recruitment strategies with the company's broader goals and vision.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   B.Sc/M.Sc in Electronics or B.Tech in ECE/EEE/E&I/ETC or a related field.
2. Experience:
   3 to 6 years in admissions counseling, with at least 1 year of leadership experience (preferably in higher education institutions like IIT/IIM).
3. Expert Knowledge:
   Strong understanding of the M.Tech admissions process, especially in the VLSI domain.
4. Leadership Skills:
   Proven experience in leading a team, with excellent organizational, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
5. Communication Skills:
   Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and communicate effectively.
6. Tech Proficiency:
   Comfortable with CRM software and other relevant tools for managing admissions.
7. Problem-Solving:
   Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and implement data-driven solutions.
