As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. HR domain knowledge - Preferable
2. SAP HCM/Payroll knowledge - must. SuccessFactors knowledge is an advantage
3. On prem HR, India Payroll knowledge, must have worked as Solution Architect for large transformation projects, multi-country, location implementation experience must
4. Ability to handle a team of 20+ resources
5. SF/SAP Certification - Good to have
6. Practice management experience needed (pre-sales-solution capability, Delivery and Team Management)
7. Should have experience of managing a sizeable portfolio of India and overseas business
8. Change management experience - preferable
9. Travel - Should be OK to travel
