Role: Sales Manager
Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi)
Experience: 2 Year to 15 Years
Vehicle: Mandatory
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Engage in end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis.
- Attend inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
- Develop relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
- Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions and prices.
- Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property under the best terms.
- Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
- Fix engagement meetings with predetermined leads, showcasing and selling properties with excellent personalized service to HNI customers.
- Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties that match their investment needs.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.
