What is our requirement?

Role: Sales Manager

Job Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi)

Experience: 2 Year to 15 Years

Vehicle: Mandatory

Responsibilities

  1. Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Mumbai and achieve monthly revenue targets.
  2. Engage in end-to-end discussions with buyers and educate them about the company's offerings on a daily basis.
  3. Attend inquiries generated through the Digital Marketing platform by addressing needs & concerns to fulfill buyer's expectations.
  4. Develop relationships with top-selling developers, investors, and end-customers.
  5. Intermediate negotiation processes and consult clients on market conditions and prices.
  6. Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property under the best terms.
  7. Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
  8. Fix engagement meetings with predetermined leads, showcasing and selling properties with excellent personalized service to HNI customers.
  9. Convert prospects into buyers by showcasing appropriate primary residential properties that match their investment needs.
  10. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
  11. Work closely with the internal CRM team to ensure hassle-free after-sales service.
  12. Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively, and demonstrate high integrity.

Skills Required:

  1. Candidate should be aggressive in sales.
  2. Must be presentable.
  3. Good/excellent experience in handling HNI clients/customers.
  4. Should have a positive attitude & be confident in accepting new challenges.
  5. Must own a bike/car with a valid license & papers for the vehicle.
  6. Should have a focused mindset for a hardcore sales profile.
