Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement strategies to attract top-tier talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and close talent gaps
• Leverage social media, networking, and innovative sourcing methods to build pipelines
• Drive employee referral programs and employer branding initiatives
• Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire

HR Operations & Culture

• Support performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews
• Contribute to employee engagement activities and workplace culture initiatives
• Assist in implementing career development programs and succession planning
• Offer guidance on employee relations, policy compliance, and conflict resolution
• Conduct regular HR reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions
• Support and participate in HR automation and digital transformation efforts

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Common sense – always valuable, always required
• Graduate or Post Graduate in HR, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 2+ years of experience in HR roles, with a strong focus on talent acquisition
• Sound understanding of HR principles and Indian labour laws (mandatory)
• Proven skills in sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment strategy
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset with experience in HR tools and reporting
