This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Operations Manager in North Goa. The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and deliver exceptional guest experiences. The role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with hotel standards, optimizing operational processes, and meeting financial goals.
Qualifications
Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores by addressing feedback and implementing service enhancements.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in achieving revenue targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Ensure all operations adhere to legal, safety, and health regulations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the hotel.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role.
