Job Title: Practitioner Banking Transactions

Location: Bangalore (UK Shifts)


About the Role:

We are hiring for a leading UK bank to support UK customers in various banking transactions. We welcome applications from both freshers and experienced professionals who bring excellent communication skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work UK shifts. This role is vital for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance:
    1. Provide top-notch support to UK banking customers via phone, email, and chat.
    2. Assist with everyday banking transactions, including account queries, fund transfers, and statement requests.
    3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Service Excellence:
    1. Maintain a high standard of customer service by following bank procedures and compliance requirements.
    2. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
    3. Address and resolve complaints professionally, escalating issues to senior management as needed.
  3. Communication & Collaboration:
    1. Use excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain processes and resolve queries.
    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., technical support, operations) to resolve customer issues.
    3. Provide feedback for service improvement initiatives and contribute to team discussions.
  4. Shift & Process Adherence:
    1. Work in UK shifts to ensure support coverage during peak banking hours.
    2. Adhere to internal guidelines and regulatory standards.
    3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions for compliance and quality purposes.

Eligibility & Skills Required:

  1. Education:
    1. Freshers: A relevant graduate degree is preferred.
    2. Experienced: Minimum 1-year experience in international voice customer service.
  2. Skills:
    1. Excellent Communication: Both written and verbal, with a clear command of English.
    2. Logical Thinking: Ability to analyze situations and make sound decisions quickly.
    3. Customer Focus: A proactive approach to handling queries and resolving issues.
    4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs.
    5. Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products is a plus.
  3. Additional Requirements:
    1. Comfortable working in UK shifts.
    2. Strong computer literacy and experience using CRM systems will be advantageous.
    3. A commitment to continuous improvement and learning new processes.
