Job Title: Graphic Designer – Performance & Social Media

HAY is a rapidly growing women’s fashion brand with 39+ retail stores and a vibrant online community. We create everyday fashion that’s bold, fun, and functional – and we’re looking for a creative, performance-driven Graphic Designer to elevate how we show up across ads, our website, and social media.

• Design scroll-stopping Meta ad creatives (static + animated) for Facebook & Instagram campaigns
• Create clean, conversion-oriented website banners, homepage visuals, and collection headers for Shopify
• Design Instagram content – including carousels, Reels covers, highlights, story templates, and giveaway posts
• Create emailers, WhatsApp creatives, and visuals for campaign launches
• Work closely with the marketing and performance teams to iterate on designs based on ad metrics & campaign goals
• Keep all creatives on-brand, optimized for mobile, and aligned with our target audience

• Primary: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• For fast digital design: Canva, Figma
• Bonus Tools: After Effects or CapCut (for light motion work), Adobe XD

• 1–3 years of experience in digital design (fashion/e-comm brand experience preferred)
• A portfolio that shows your knack for ads, social media design, and clean layouts
• Understanding of what drives clicks, saves, and shares on social platforms
• Ability to balance brand aesthetics with performance goals
• Comfortable working with multiple briefs and quick turnaround timelines

• Experience creating Reel templates or ad mockups
• Knowledge of Shopify layout and user journey
• Interest in fashion trends and what visually excites Indian women shoppers

• Work on live campaigns that directly impact sales & engagement
