Full Stack Developer

As a Fullstack Developer at Homeville, you'll be involved in working on systems for all our users (customers, internal users, and partners). The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about DevOps, code quality, and security. They should have a strong sense of ownership and drive for delivery, and be a good mentor and co-worker.

You will be involved in building software which not only looks great but solves major lending problems in the country. You'll design wireframes, create organizational frameworks and components, help in defining the look and feel of credit systems, and continually grow as a full stack developer.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Analyse and maintain existing software applications.
2. Design highly scalable, testable code.
3. Use server-side scripts to create micro-services that power our Customer Experience and User journeys.
4. Build a web-based software system, utilizing N-tier architectures, dynamic content, highly-scalable approaches, and complex security models & implementations.
5. Comprehend, effectively communicate, and enforce goals and objectives, feedback, measurable, and improvement plans.
6. Mentor other engineers, support the technical culture, and help grow the team.
7. Communicate with project leads, product managers, and other software developers.

Key Skills / Requirements

1. Education: BCA, Engineering, or any similar degree.
2. PHP Frameworks: Laravel or any other framework.
3. Programming Back-End: PHP, Python.
4. JavaScript Frameworks: Angular, React.
5. Front-End: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
6. Databases: MySQL, NoSQL, and MongoDB.
7. Experience with web-services (REST, SOAP).
8. Previous experience in GIT is a must.
9. Knowledge of JavaScript, AWS, and Agile would be a plus.
