Front Desk Agents work for hotels, motels, and other vacation resorts, checking guests in and out of their rooms. They interact with guests both in-person and online to reserve their rooms, answer any questions they have about the hotel, and provide details and recommendations about activities in the surrounding area.

Responsibilities:

1. Check guests in and out of their rooms.
2. Assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
3. Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Customer service experience preferred.
3. Ability to work flexible hours.
