Freelance Performance Marketing Consultant (Client Hire)

Flexing It is a Freelance consulting marketplace that connects Freelancers and independent Consultants with organisations that are seeking independent talent. Flexing It has partnered with our client, India's leading Real estate Company, to engage with an experienced Performance & Digital Marketing Specialist to help design and execute high-impact digital campaigns, working closely with internal teams to drive customer acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the eCommerce industry and a proven track record of managing performance-driven marketing strategies across multiple channels. E-COMMERCE or FMCG experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and display channels to meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, and product) to align campaign strategy and messaging.
  3. Optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data to improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  4. Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation platforms for campaign tracking and reporting.
  5. Ensure campaign delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
  6. Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and eCommerce to bring innovative solutions to the team.

NOTE: 20 hours a week capacity arrangement can also be worked out.

Skills Required:

  1. Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution: Strong expertise in running paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic networks.
  2. eCommerce Industry Knowledge: Experience in designing marketing strategies specifically for eCommerce businesses, with a focus on growth and conversion.
  3. Collaboration & Teamwork: Proven ability to work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with experience using data insights to refine marketing efforts.
  5. SEO & CRO Understanding: Familiarity with search engine optimization and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  6. Marketing Automation & Tools: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and tracking tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and similar.
