We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Strategy & Finance Analyst to support the organisation in achieving its strategic and financial goals. This role will be pivotal in driving a high-performance culture, supporting data-driven decision-making, and ensuring strategic alignment across business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance & Productivity: Drive a culture of performance across all functions by creating, implementing, and monitoring quarterly OKRs (Objectives & Key Results). Support teams in achieving targets through performance analysis and optimization.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze complex financial data and reports to provide accurate, timely, and strategic financial recommendations to senior management for effective decision-making.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership and business teams to support long-term strategic planning, aligning initiatives with financial and operational goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track actual performance against plans, identify variances, and drive corrective actions to ensure targets are met.
• Competitive Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to offer proactive, forward-looking insights.

Requirements:

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrates solid business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Hands-on experience with SQL is mandatory.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communicator, capable of presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
