Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, investor relations, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial planning
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and working capital efficiency
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with GST, income tax, and other statutory regulations
• Analyze costs, pricing, margins, and performance KPIs to support strategic decision-making
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings
• Evaluate and recommend investments, cost-reduction opportunities, and risk management strategies
• Support fundraising efforts by preparing financial models and investor presentations
• Implement internal controls and best financial practices
• Manage a small finance team and foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth company
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and taxation
• Proficient in financial software (Tally, Zoho Books, Excel, or similar tools)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in the food tech, e-commerce, or logistics industry is a plus
