Responsible for providing first-line support for the NetSuite ERP system by managing and triaging service desk tickets.
Assist in creating and maintaining user manuals, system documentation, and internal knowledge bases.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to understand business needs.
Stay updated on NetSuite updates, new features, and industry trends to suggest improvements to the system.
These are the essentials you ll need to get an interview:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Finance/Accounting.
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
