We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Candidate for Residential and Commercial Property Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities to drive sales growth. This role involves leveraging various tools and strategies to build a pipeline of high-quality leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to support our sales team in achieving their targets.

Position: Executive & Sr. Executive - Real Estate Sales

Package: Salary (Negotiable) + Variable Pay + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance

Job Location: Noida Sec - 90, Zirakpur (Punjab)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
• Lead generation and calling to clients. Schedule & conduct daily/weekly sales meetings.
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
• Establishing, maintaining, and expanding customer base. Continuous follow-up with customers & site visits.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Aggressively achieving sales targets.
• Building and retaining client relationships through continuous follow-up with clients for their requirements.

Job Specification:

1. Graduate or Post Graduate with Experience.
2. 1+ Years of experience in Sales and Marketing (Real Estate Experience Preferred).
3. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
