Job Profile:

Initially will be responsible for assembling of Flame and Gas detectors (consisting of PCB, Optics, and Metal components), configuring them according to the instruction and performing final testing in order to prepare them for dispatch. Will be responsible for overseeing production in general after learning each and every stage of the process during initial work. Along with that will be responsible for preparing instructions for the assembly of ESP products and maintaining them up to date. Liaoning with operations and audit departments in order to comply with any further standards or requirements issued.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establishing a testing procedure for PCBs used by ESP Safety
• Assembling flame and gas detectors or any other products of ESP Safety Pvt. Ltd.
• Testing Flame and Gas detectors manufactured by ESP Safety Pvt. Ltd.
• Establish a quality assurance program for the manufacturing of ESP devices
• Overseeing the production process and implementing changes to make it more efficient
• Working with Hot and Cold Chamber during the manufacturing process of ESP products
• Configuration of detectors during assembly and testing
• Optics and other components assembly and installation into the final product
