Position: Educational Counselor

Job Type: Fully Remote

Salary: 3.00 - 6.00 Lakhs

We are seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Educational Counselors. You will play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with potential candidates and guiding them.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and engage with potential candidates for NxtWave's programs.
2. Effectively communicate the benefits and value propositions of NxtWave's offerings.
3. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and other stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Achieve monthly targets for candidate onboarding.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and remotely.
4. Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving targets.
5. Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation:

No stipend will be provided during the 2-month Training Period. Upon completion of the training program, you will be eligible for a salary package of up to 6 LPA:

• Fixed Pay: 3.6 LPA
• Variable Pay: 2.4 LPA (based on performance, provided in the form of Monthly Incentives)
