We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of IT Project Manager.

In this role, you will:

1. Coordination of activities with multiple IT teams spread in multiple locations and time zones.
2. Prepare senior executive level updates to provide accurate, timely and insightful analysis of the progress of the project (Project steering committee calls).
3. Facilitate meetings to drive out tasks, dependencies, risks, and mitigations from business and IT stakeholders.
4. ITPM is an Individual Contributor role but multiple teams (Engineering / Testing / ITO etc) will be accountable to the ITPM to successfully deliver the project.
5. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined up approach, to support execution of projects at pace and with minimum conflict.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. 7 to 10 years of IT experience.
2. Proven track record of IT delivery across large projects.
3. Experience of managing development of enterprise application using Agile methodology.
4. Strong understanding of stakeholder management, within the business and IT.
5. Strong risk management skills.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Project Management tools – Clarity, Confluence, JIRA & GPDM.
8. Financials tracking and budget management.
9. Negotiation Skills.
