1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
2. Managing and overseeing the daily performance of the sales team, ensuring the team meets its sales objectives.
3. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
4. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors.
5. Communicating with team members to identify any barriers to sales success and working to eliminate those barriers.
6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
7. Staying up-to-date with new product launches and ensuring sales team members are on board.
