Dot Net Team Lead

Should have experience 4+ years B.E. (IT or CSE or CS)

Communication:
i) Should be well versed and fluent in English. Be able to comprehend the question and express thoughts clearly.
ii) Experience in connecting and communicating with overseas clients.

Organizational and Leadership skills:
i) Should have led a team of 4 to 5 people (including QA is an added advantage).
ii) Should have estimated and planned at least 2 projects.
iii) Should have collaboration skills (within the team and with client).
iv) Self-starter / Taking ownership and responsibility of end-to-end delivery.

Technical Skills:
4+ years of designing and working experience on .Net/.Net Core platform.
i) Executed at least 2-3 .Net or .Net Core solutions.
1) Good understanding about the solution in terms of end user: Should be able to explain:
a) Why that project was needed
b) How the problem is being addressed using the developed solution
c) Overall technical design of the solution
d) Areas contributed by him
e) Areas where the contribution was beyond expectation
f) Technical highlights of implementation
g) Considers alternatives and technical decision – Areas where he has multiple ways of implementation and then made a decision rather than implementing the first available solution
h) Troubleshooting: When faced with an issue, does he go in-depth understanding the root cause of the issue or just googles and solves the issue.
ii) End-to-end system thinking right from API design to front end. Ability to define the responsibility of front end and backend.
iii) API design – Given an opportunity, can he do a clear responsibility of API with good practices around versioning and other aspects.
iv) Design patterns and SOLID design principles:
1) Clearly explains why a specific design pattern was used.
2) Understands the essence of SOLID Principles.
v) Database – Ability to design database, SQL.
vi) Understanding of Azure or AWS or Google cloud.
vii) Understanding of CI/CD.
viii) Fair understanding of front end in terms of HTML, JS, CSS.
ix) Fair understanding of microservices architecture.

.Net Specific:
i) LinQ.
ii) Identity.
Ability to suggest features to make solution better in terms of usability. Has appreciation for the code quality and focuses on writing improved code. If given a chance to rewrite the implementation that he had done in the past, can he suggest any improved way of implementing it? Well versed with Agile processes.
