Origination: Primarily responsible for originating new deals with existing clients and onboarding new clients across focus segments.
Client Coverage: Take primary coverage responsibility for a portfolio of clients and shadow other members of the team as needed.
Strategy and Planning: Work to prepare strategy, planning, research on target segments and clients, analysis, and preparation of presentations.
Special Projects and Campaigns: Take ownership of special projects like Initial Margin Transition, targeted segment campaigns (e.g. financial sponsors), etc.
Information Management: Be the repository and analytics lead for business and performance information.
Transaction Execution: Lead seamless execution of transactions, documentation, and client servicing.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Customer Readiness: Responsible for ensuring timely and thorough completion of KYC (inbound and outbound) for the portfolio and streamline the KYC process. Also ensure customers are deal ready for key products and geographies.
Risk Compliance Assurance: Undertake risk and compliance assurance from a business perspective to the highest risk management, compliance, and governance standards. Strong focus on identification and management of non-financial risk.
Portfolio Reviews: Work along with Research Analysis teams to ensure best credit outcomes.
Product Exposure: Transaction banking for financial institutions (TBFI - clearing, guarantees, local cash), Relationship lending, Investor Sales / Global Markets products for financial institutions, Syndicated Loans, Debt Capital Markets, and commodities.

Ability to design and lead campaigns and initiatives with defined financial and non-financial targets.
Thorough knowledge of banking regulation, systems, policies, and procedures.
Understanding of credit processes and documentation.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Post-graduate qualification, preferably in management, finance, accounting, or related fields.
