Data Integration Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead to architect and drive enterprise-wide data integration strategies using SAP HANA. This role requires expertise in designing and implementing scalable data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow across systems in near real-time. The ideal candidate will lead a team of specialists and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data quality, governance, and integration performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Integration Strategy & Architecture:

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable data integration solutions using SAP HANA and related tools.
2. Develop ETL/ELT pipelines, data mapping, and transformation logic to integrate diverse data sources.
3. Ensure real-time data processing and high-performance data workflows.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

1. Lead and mentor a team of data integration specialists, fostering a results-driven environment.
2. Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, and data stewards to understand integration requirements and enhance data quality.

Governance & Best Practices:

1. Define integration standards, best practices, and documentation to ensure consistency and regulatory compliance.
2. Establish data governance frameworks to maintain data accuracy, security, and accessibility.

Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement:

1. Troubleshoot data integration issues, optimize system performance, and implement improvements.
2. Stay updated on emerging data integration trends, SAP HANA advancements, and cloud-based technologies to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. 10-15 years of experience in data integration and management with deep expertise in SAP HANA.
3. Proficiency in ETL/ELT design, data modeling, and real-time data processing.
4. Hands-on experience with SAP integration tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, SAP Landscape Transformation).
5. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. SAP HANA certification or relevant data integration certifications.
2. Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern integration technologies.
3. Knowledge of Big Data, streaming analytics, and API-based integrations.
