2. Job Purpose
This role works in close alignment with CEVA Lead Logistics product development as well as business functions, to provide business and data analysis, develop dashboards and reports, while maintaining governance, standardization and quality of all matters related to Business Intelligence (BI) within the CEVA Lead Logistics organization.
This role focuses on 3 main areas:
- BI Request Management
- BI Methodology (Standardization and Documentation)
- BI Dashboard development
3. Key Accountabilities
Main areas of focus and accountability of the role:
- Business Intelligence – Request Management:
- Collaborate with the CLL BI team members to ensure that all BI requests from business teams are documented, complete and compliant with CLL BI request process
- Participate in regular reviews of BI request queue with technical teams and business teams with regards to timings and prioritization
- Coordinate end user testing for newly developed BI items and ensure proper documentation and training of all implemented solutions
- Business Intelligence – Methodology and Documentation:
- Act as a subject matter expert for KPI and dashboard design, layout and standardized content
- Support maintenance of the repository of all CLL BI solutions
- Ensure that all local / regional BI initiatives are aligned with global CLL BI standards and BI strategy
- Business Intelligence – Development of dashboards / visualization:
- Translate BI requests into dashboard design and suggest appropriate visualization to business stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise on architecture, design and implementation
- Work using CEVA business intelligence applications (mainly PowerBI, but occasionally Tableau, QlikSense) to design, build, customize and maintain CEVA internal, as well as customer facing dashboards and reports
- Develop and maintain data feed into BI dashboards (database connections, PowerAutomate workflows etc.)
- Create user manuals and documentation as required
- Collaborate with data base teams and other application and product owners on data availability and data quality topics

6. Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Essential
- University degree in business or engineering, or related secondary degree with comparable level of experience
Desirable
- University degree with a focus on Supply Chain or Transportation / Logistics
Experience
- 3+ years of working experience in in a comparable role (Business Analysis, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement or similar)
- Strong experience in gathering, compiling, manipulating, analysing and visualizing large amounts of data
- Knowledge of IT project management and / or IT request processes
- Practical knowledge of transportation, logistics or warehousing processes, or in other process-oriented fields in the industry (e.g. supply chain, manufacturing, distribution etc.)
- Experience with managing operational and supplier performance through data-driven analysis
- Experienced in providing trainings and presenting data to various stakeholder groups
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Very good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Visio)
- Advanced / implementation skills with at least one industry standard BI tool (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView / QlkiSense or similar)
- Data base / SQL server knowledge on a user level
- Advanced MS Excel (Macro, VBA) and BI skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience with Supply Chain Management or Transport Management IT Systems
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Experienced in preparing and providing trainings, creating documentation, guidelines and presentations
- Fluency and previous working experience in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Open to work in a multi-cultural and multi-lingual team
