We have an opening for Data Analyst at MNC Pharma Company based at Kurla.

Position: Data Analyst

Location: Kurla

Working Days: 5 days

Job Description:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using advanced Excel functions, formulas, and pivot tables.
• Develop comprehensive reports, graphs, and charts to present data insights effectively.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provide actionable recommendations based on analysis.

Excel Expertise:

• Create templates, formulas, macros, and automation scripts to streamline data processing tasks.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models and tools for forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide customized solutions.

Management Information System (MIS):

• Maintain and update MIS databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
• Analyze MIS data to identify areas for improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of MIS policies and procedures.

Presentation and Communication:

• Create visually appealing presentations, summarizing complex data and analysis into concise and understandable formats.
• Effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders, including management and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare and deliver reports and presentations for meetings, conferences, or client presentations.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, maintenance, finance, and IT.
• Support engineering leadership in strategic decision-making by providing accurate data analysis and project status updates.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare presentations, and document action plans for engineering leadership.

PMO Support:

• Develop and maintain project charters, timelines, and tracking mechanisms for key engineering initiatives.
• Support the governance of Global Engineering by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and best practices.

Coordinate project documentation, progress tracking, and follow-ups.
