Job Summary

Answer inbound calls within the guidelines/goals established by the client and management. Consistently achieve call quality goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.


Primary Job Responsibilities

Foundever is hiring for the International Technical Support Voice Process.


Job Details
  • Age: 18 years to 35 years
  • Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (or +2 equivalent)
  • Maximum Qualification: Graduates (Undergrads can be considered but should not be regular college students)
  • Experience: Any Under Grad or Graduate Freshers
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional spoken skills in English
  • Shifts: Rotational shifts (Should be comfortable to work in all shifts)

Salary: As per market standards

Job Profile
  • International Voice (Technical Support)
  • Responsibility: Provide Technical Support to International Customers
  • Shift Timings: Should be flexible to work in US Rotational Shifts
  • Desired Skills: Need excellent communication skills in English
  • Must-Have: Strong technical knowledge (hardware, software, and networking concepts)
  • Working Days: 5 days working
  • Weekly Offs: 2 week offs (Rotational and Split)
  • Transport: Home pickup and home drop
  • Rounds of Interview: JAM, HR, Voice and Accent, Tech Test, Operations Round
