Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Quality Engineer/Specialist to ensure that our products meet customer quality expectations and requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage customer complaints and concerns related to product quality
  2. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer quality requirements are met
  4. Develop and maintain customer quality documentation, including reports and metrics
  5. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Interface with customers to resolve quality issues and improve relationships

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer quality, preferably in a manufacturing or regulated industry
  3. Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
